Module 5: Advanced Workflows
Making your practice repeatable: first for you, then for your team.
Why and when
Section titled “Why and when”A good week with Claude is nice. A repeatable week is a career change. This module turns your wins into workflows: durable context, packaged skills, connected tools, and longer-running work you supervise instead of babysit. You’ll reach for it the second time you catch yourself doing the same task from scratch, and the day a teammate asks how you’re suddenly this fast.
What you’ll cover
Section titled “What you’ll cover”- Projects and memory: durable context so Claude stops starting from zero
- Skills: packaging a workflow so it runs the same way twice
- connectors: reaching the tools your team already lives in
- loops and goals: giving Claude an outcome and a cadence, with checkpoints you set
- quality-control patterns and review discipline
- packaging your workflow into something colleagues can adopt
Why this comes before launch
Section titled “Why this comes before launch”Module 6 assumes this toolkit exists. Launch reporting, repeatable launch assets, pushing work into team tools: all of it leans on what you build here.
Where the learning happens
Section titled “Where the learning happens”Not on this page. This site is your map; the classroom is Claude Desktop. Open a Cowork session pointed at the course-materials folder and say: “Take me to Module 5.”
If you’re lost mid-module, paste this into that session, even a brand-new one:
I'm taking the Claude Desktop for Product Managers course and I'm lostsomewhere in Module 5 (Advanced workflows). Read COMPANION_INSTRUCTIONS.mdand my-progress.md in this folder, tell me where I am, and offer methree ways forward.
